Leighsa's first love was always the stage and the art of ensemble performance, but over time, independent films found a special place in her heart.
After earning a BFA in Fine Arts with a focus on Theater Performance, she set out to better understand the incredible diversity of people and landscapes that make up the United States. For several years, she traveled across the country, crisscrossing the map in search of connection and perspective.
When she eventually returned to Boston, Leighsa co-founded and led the award-winning performance troupe All the Kings Men. Her passion for the road endured, and she once again took her ensemble on tour-performing throughout the United States and internationally.
