Jody Bunting is an award winning - former 31-stone - diet and fitness expert who presented live workouts and health tips on Channel 4's The Big Breakfast morning show from 2001 to 2002. Now Jody works as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach helping morbidly obese people lose weight and become healthy. Jody's coaching has featured in various media, from running community weight loss projects to individual one to one success.
