Lana Read, an award-winning US-based Director, has gained recognition through her works such as Christmas Collision (2021), Wine Thief (2023) and Death 4 Dinner (2024) Her passion for film stems from her love for iconic movies such as Alien, The Usual Suspects, The Man from Snowy River, Foul Play, Point Break, Broken English and Young Frankenstein. Lana founded Garnet Films in 2006, an independent production company that brings audiences an array of cinematic adventures. Lana's profound understanding of actors is deeply rooted in her studies under the guidance of the renowned Silvana Gallardo. She seamlessly blends her acting experience with her directing style, making her synonymous with the term "An Actor's Director," an endearing title she appreciates.
