Biography

Blake skipped college to jump straight into the industry, landing his first lead-editor television gig at age 19. Fifteen years later, he has started two companies, including LA production company Department 4, and has worked on everything from feature documentaries, films, ad campaigns to social campaigns, and is now even expanding into the immersive entertainment field. Blake works mostly as a director/producer with a background in editing and camera operating. Past clients include Apple, Amazon, M&C Saatchi, Secret Weapon Marketing, Honda, Sotheby's, the Santa Monica Pier, Greenpeace, Sierra Club, and Sony. Blake loves telling stories, but even when he's not, he likes to be snowboard, play escape rooms, trot the globe, drink whiskey, and crush at ping-pong.
