- A graduate of the first generation of the CasAzul acting school, Mario has built an extensive theater career with over forty stage productions. He possesses an impressive talent for improvisation, which he has developed and put into practice with various groups such as Liga Mexicana de Improvisación, Complot Escena, and Improtop.
On television, he worked as both writer and actor in the show El Informal, as well as in productions like El Alma Herida, Los Sánchez, La Loba, and the series Drenaje Profundo. In film, he has appeared in feature films such as El Que Busca Encuentra, Solteras, and Cindy la Regia.
He is also the author of the anti-Christmas monologues Dios de Porcelana Fría and Plan Proyecto de Regeneración Espiritual Navideña Dickens, both directed by Angélica Rogel and presented at Teatro La Capilla, as well as the solo show Abrazar al Panda.
He can currently be seen in Crime Diaries: The Paulette Case (Historia de un Crimen: Caso Paulette) on Netflix, the Lemon Films TV series Como Tú No Hay Dos, Amazon Prime's How to Survive Being Single (Cómo Sobrevivir Soltero), and Bunker on HBO.
He recently premiered El Gallo de Oro and El Profe Infiltrado, playing Delgado in both, for VIX Originals. His latest releases include Nuestros Tiempos on Netflix and 90 Minutos for Universal, directed by Joe Rendón, where he plays a leading role as "El Gama."
