[on producing 'Francine'] We try to walk this tightrope between showing and withholding -showing some aspects of this character's life and leaving some out. Not all answers have to exist onscreen. Some are better left outside the margins. When I see a movie that's too buttoned-up and I've extracted most of it's contents by the end, I don't need to drink from that well again. I don't need to revisit it.
