Actress Rachel Elizabeth Ames was Born and raised in a little desert town area in Southern California called Imperial Valley. The youngest of 5 siblings. At a young age, Raquel Elizabeth was always involved in the Creative Arts, Music, Acting, Dance, Cheer. She was also a vocalist In high school, and sang with now Jazz Artist "Walter Beasley". After graduating and becoming the lead singer of a local garage band (1st place at the California Mid-Winder Fair), Rachel Elizabeth then decided to move to the Greater Los Angeles area to pursue her dreams of Acting. She then had an unexpected visitor. Her daughter was born. She then became a single mom deciding to put her career on hold until her daughter grew up. Now, among the joys, trials, and tribulations of life, Actress Rachel Elizabeth Ames has been blessed with opportunities to have worked in a variety of Indie Films, such as Hardflip Starring John Schneider (Smallville) & Randy Wayne, (The Lying Game), Resurrection Mary, Starring Kevin G. Schmidt (The Young & the Restless) & Sally Kirkland (Private Benjamin), Walmart Commercial (National) both Spring and Holiday Seasons, Mission Federal Credit Union (Regional) & San Diego SDG&E (Local San Diego), TV Show Desire: Table for three (Fox TV) and La Corte de Familia (Telemundo TV). She has also recorded a variety of Commercials Jingles with Holly Farms, Nabisco and Crisco Oil, as well as Print Modeling with Companies such as Disney, Kaiser Permanente, Honda, State Farm Insurance and a variety of Industrials (Training Videos) for the Border Patrol, Police, and Military. Among her Acting Rachel Elizabeth enjoys working with Shelter Animals, Photography, Music, & Writing. She has also just recently booked a Lead role in a family-based feature film as Frances in "WWJD the Journey Continues" as a Single Mom to two Single teenage boys.

Rachel Elizabeth Ames is an actress, singer-songwriter, and voice artist known for her heartfelt performances and grounded emotional presence on screen. Raised in Southern California's Imperial Valley, she grew up immersed in the creative arts - acting, music, dance, and cheerleading. As a high school vocalist, she performed in ensemble work with now-celebrated jazz artist Walter Beasley, and later became lead singer in an indie band that won 1st place at the California Mid-Winter Fair.

After relocating to the Greater Los Angeles area to pursue acting, Rachel paused her career to raise her daughter as a single mother. She returned with a renewed sense of purpose, landing roles across indie film, faith-based features, regional TV, and national commercials.

Her credits include the lead-supporting role of Frances in WWJD2: The Journey Continues (opposite Lorenzo Lamas and John Schneider), Detective Darla Starr in Ghostline, and an appearance in Resurrection Mary. She also played a credited role in Hardflip (later cut during final edits).

Rachel starred as Gloria, a lead-supporting role in the independent drama Az Emigráns - a film centered on the life of a Hungarian writer - working opposite acclaimed Hungarian actor Ferenc Bács and actress Katalin Gyöngyössy, who portrayed his on-screen wife. The film explored themes of cultural identity, artistic struggle, and displacement.

Her television work includes Desire: Table for Three (Fox TV) and La Corte de Familia (Telemundo), while commercial credits span Walmart, Mission Federal Credit Union, SDG&E, and more. She has voiced jingles for brands including Staples, Crisco Oil, Nabisco, and Holly Farms.

Rachel was nominated for Best Lead Actress at the International Christian Film Festival (2017) and continues to pursue meaningful work across film, television, voiceover, and live performance. She splits her time between Southern California and Kona, Hawaii.

She is also a passionate photographer, independent songwriter, and creative storyteller, currently developing original music and visual projects for film and TV.
