Carrie K. Thomas

Born October 27th 1980 in Queens, New York. The full-figured poetic sensation wondered what her calling was from a young age. Her parents was a hit musical sensation in the late 80's in the United Kingdom. Carrie dreamed of becoming. The question was what? She starting writing her first passion piece which was a rap song inspired by her older brothers. She then dabbled into piano, and poetry. Leading to theatre off- Broadway, and a Telly Award in 2007. Carrie K. Thomas obtained her BFA from the the oldest, prestigious, first black institute for higher learning "Cheyney University." She completed her educational endeavors in 2018 with an MBA. Carrie K. Thomas is a mother to one beautiful energetic little girl and enjoys time with her family. Recently she self-published a body of poems with Amazon; titled "Race with love and confidence."
