Emily Glassman is Director of Global Marketing and Communications for IMDb (an Amazon company). She manages the following global teams and programs: public relations; marketing (including social, editorial, Influencers, and events); original content creation, strategy, and programming; celebrity relations, talent booking, experiences, and awards; and, India audience development and industry relations. She has been a member of the IMDb leadership team for more than 15 years, serves as an officer of the company, and co-founded Amazon’s PR department in 1997. She has worked at Amazon at the intersection of PR, entertainment marketing, industry relations, and policy for more than two decades. Emily is also a member of The Creative Coalition Advisory Board. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Scripps College (one of the Claremont Colleges). She is also a graduate of The Radcliffe Publishing School (now part of the Columbia University School of Journalism).
