Erica is now an attorney in Houston, Texas. She started a law firm in 2019 and in 2020 she partnered with her husband Charles Sanders. After they partnered together they started a new firm named: Rose Sanders Law Firm PLC. Erica practices Entertainment and Media Law as well as family law, personal injury, and defamation law. She is passionate about using the knowledge and experience that she gained in the entertainment industry to help others achieve their goals. As a mother she advocates for other parents and the rights of their children.
