Biography

Allison is a BAFTA nominated founder of animation/design studio, Past Curfew, with over twenty five years experience in film and episodic. She's been on juries for BAFTA, IFTA, D&AD and animation/design panels across film festivals internationally. She directed award winning short, The Amazing Adventures of Awesome which screened at a range of Oscar and BAFTA qualifying festivals. She has worked on over one hundred films, including twenty four Sundance films, and multiple Oscar, BAFTA and Emmy winners. Her awards and nominations include SXSW, BAFTA, London Film Awards, Cinema Eye Honors Awards, New York State International and Broadcast Tech Awards, London. She has been listed as Art of The Title's top ten Women in Title Design and has had articles and interviews featured in Stash Magazine, Broadcast, Art of Title, 3D World and VFX Voice. Her guest speaker and jury appearances include BAFTA, D&AD, IFTA, Aesthetica Film Festical, Doc NYC, Motionographer, The Mill London and Encounters Film Festival. Her mentoring and education experience involves Sundance, Animated Women UK, Women in Film and TV UK, Central Saint Martins (MA Design) and Charles Sturt University, Australia (BA Theatre and Media). She is repped for her directing work with Alison Mann at Fourth Wall in LA.
