Biography

Selected by Patsy Rodenburg OBE for her invitation-only PRA Programme, Theo Alexander is currently completing the program to become a Patsy Rodenburg Associate in 2027. One of the most internationally experienced Greek-born actors of his generation, he brings a grounded, distinctly masculine presence to the screen: authority, danger and vulnerability.

He played Talbot in HBO’s True Blood and starred in Meteora, in Competition at the 62nd Berlinale, where his lead performance placed him in contention for the Silver Bear for Best Actor. Further credits include Chuck, Pushing Daisies, CSI: NY, Major Crimes and Digger. Classically trained at Circle in the Square in New York, he is a recipient of the EAWC Artemis Award, presented in 2022 alongside John Malkovich and Monica Bellucci.
