Born to an Algerian father and Moroccan mother who had moved to Germany from Morocco.

The oldest member of Monrose, she is a little over 10 years older than Mandy Capristo, and almost 9 years older than Bahar Kizil.

Has a brother (four years older than her) and two sisters (four and eight years younger than her, respectively).

Before becoming a member of Monrose, she mainly worked as a waitress while also repeatedly performing with her brother's hip hop band as a sort of side job.
