  • Geoff McLean is an Academy Award-nominated filmmaker, having produced projects such as THIS IS CONGO, which premiered at the Venice International Film Festival, and HONDROS, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. Both films circled the globe on the festival circuit, receiving awards and critical acclaim. His recent film AUDIBLE, which premiered at Hot Docs, was nominated for an Oscar and continues to stream worldwide on Netflix.

    He has also produced countless award-winning short-format projects for brands such as Apple, Google, Samsung, Nike, Adidas, Yves Saint Laurent, Ikea, McDonalds, Coca-Cola, Mercedes, Land Rover, to name a few, and for artists such as Prince, Drake, Rihanna, The Weekend, Calvin Harris, Lana Del Rey, City and Color, Nelly Furtado and Florence and the Machine. He was nominated for a Grammy for his work on Feist's "1,2,3,4" and has won multiple Juno Awards.

    In 2016 Geoff co-founded Basecamp Resorts. Recognized by Forbes and The Globe and Mail as one of Canada's fastest-growing companies and the 2023 winner of Hotelier Magazine's Pinnacle Award for Regional Company of the Year. Basecamp now operates over a dozen boutique hotels, restaurants, and Nordic spas throughout Western Canada. As the company's growth accelerates, he continues to lead the marketing department and is responsible for the brand's creative direction.
