Biography

Tadeo is a celebrity fitness trainer and owner of Cuerpaso. Tadeo played soccer professionally in his native Brazil and during the off season developed a signature workout routine he's branded as "Cuerpaso®," which incorporates his soccer-training drills and traditional Brazilian dance moves. Tadeo's goal is to continue spreading his philosophy of "fitness and nutrition for life" around the world, creating a holistic health revolution promoting mental and physical bliss. When not training top level executives, celebrities and athletes, Tadeo volunteers his time teaching and playing soccer with at-risk youth.

Tadeo grew up around the world (Europe, the U.S. and Latin America) which instilled a global perspective and fluency in several languages. He attended University of Pennsylvania (UPENN) and University of Southern California (USC).

Tadeo is fluent in several languages including Portuguese, Spanish, English, and conversational French and German.

At the University of Pennsylvania (UPENN), Tadeo studied Marketing and Communications and furthered his studies with a Health & Fitness focus at the University of Southern California (USC). He is also NASM and AFFAA certified.

Tadeo and his workout, Cuerpaso, was ranked as "Top #3 workout phenom" by Jillian Michaels, TRX, & Zumba on Spike TV's reality fitness show "Sweat Inc.".

Tadeo played soccer professionally in his native Brazil.
