In 2016, alongside longtime creative partner Spike Jonze, Moretti launched Viceland, an Emmy-winning 24-hour cable TV channel that is available in more than 80 territories around the world.

His numerous awards and nominations include multiple Emmys, Peabodys, Canadian Screen Awards, D&AD, and Cannes Lions. Moretti's work has been invited to screen at such notable festivals as Cannes, Venice, Berlin, TIFF, Telluride, Sundance, and SXSW.

A graduate of the Department of Cinema Studies at NYU Tisch, Moretti specialized in film theory and the avant-garde. As a screenwriter he has sold feature screenplays to New Line Cinema, Plan B, Summit Entertainment, and River Road Entertainment

Reflecting his keen interest in sustainability and the world at large, Moretti is a supporter of Edible Schoolyards, the Urban Arts Program, and serves on the Chairman's Council of the environmental organization Conservation International.
