A lifelong actor, singer and dancer, David spent years performing on stages across the country. After graduating from the conservatory at the University of Central Florida with dual Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees in both Acting and Musical Theatre performance, David was offered an Acting Apprenticeship at the world-renowned Actor's Theatre of Louisville. Soon after moving to Los Angeles, he began appearing all across screens large and small - including hit series such as "Veronica Mars (2004)," "Ugly Betty (2006)" (for which he was considered for possible Emmy Nomination,) "Moonlight (2007)" opposite Alex O'Loughlin, fan-favorite Eli Wallace in "Stargate Universe (2009)" opposite Robert Carlyle & many, many more.

David has performed onstage with many greats, including Dick Van Dyke, Victor Garber & Fred Willard. He often returns to the stage between television and film projects, including recent performances in Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night" and a re-imagining of "King Lear." (A production which was eventually filmed and earned David a Best Actor Nomination.)

Is a stand-up comedy aficionado. He has been following stand-up comedy ever since he first completely wore out his "Best of Bill Cosby" cassette. He has been known to use Eddie Izzard's "Dressed to Kill" as an intelligence test for possible friends.
Has a tendency to continue friendships well beyond the ending of filming. To this day, he stays close with Michael Urie, Christopher Gorham, Jason Dohring, Alex O'Loughlin and Claudia Black.
Has been trained in Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop and Ballet. A self-taught Swing dancer, he has won multiple competitions.
Considered for the role of Leonard in The Big Bang Theory (2007) , though the role eventually went to Johnny Galecki.
Was the owner/operator of an internationally well-known BBS (Bulletin Board System) at the age of 17.

I'm one of those weirdos who will always crave something new. If I'm afraid of something then it's like, 'Okay, it's time to do it.'
It's a little strange and I'm always going to feel when someone asks me for an autograph, that they're referring to someone behind me. But I love passionate fans because I used to be that for shows I loved, like Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987). I'm like that now for Lost (2004). We ran past Michael Emerson who plays "Ben Linus" on Lost (2004) at Comicon and I damn near flipped out. So to provide that for somebody else is something I never would have expected in a million years. And to be out there spreading the love for the show, to me it's more like a bonus instead of another job.
