Sai Lang grew up on the east coast. Her grandmother was a celebrated actress in India that introduced her to the world of Tollywood. Sai was the young lead in two Tollywood films before returning to the US to continue acting. She started improvising, writing and performing sketch at the UCB Theatre as an in-house player on Maude and Characters Welcome. She was a cast member and wrote for the 2020 CBS Showcase and was a Consulting Producer for their 2023 showcase.
She recently wrote, starred in, and directed a short "Change," a dark politically based comedy about a couple vying for a Vice Presidential nomination.
