Biography

Beau Schneider is a Dutch actor who graduated from the Amsterdam University of Performing Arts in 2012.

He currently stars in a leading role as a physician in the television series Medisch Centrum West, which has been renewed for a third season.

Schneider made his national breakthrough as a lead character in the long-running Dutch drama series Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden (GTST), appearing from 2012 to 2016. He has since appeared in several Dutch feature films, including the award-winning family film Meesterspion (Masterspy).

In theatre, Schneider has played leading roles in productions such as Eyes Wide Shut and David Mamet’s A Life in the Theatre. His leading role in The Secret Diary of Hendrik Groen was a major box office success and led to multiple stage sequels.

Beau Benjamin Schneider was born on July 12, 1988, in The Hague, The Netherlands. He comes from an artistic family; both of his parents are well-known Dutch theatre actors.
