Biography

Evan Davies has been working consistently in Bay Area film productions since 2006. He's worked with inspiring personalities such as: Woody Allen, Phillip Kaufman, Reed Morano, Lana Wachowski, Bennett Miller, George Lucas, Steven Soderbergh, Judd Apatow, Brad Pitt, Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Cate Blanchett, Adam Sandler, Nicole Kidman, Cuba Gooding Jr., Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dwayne Johnson, as well as masters of cinema technique: Wally Pfister, John Toll, Daniel Pearl, Dante Spinotti, and many others. Davies has been collaborating with documentary filmmaker Cassie Jaye as her director of photography since 2012. They married in 2018 and co-own Jaye Bird Productions out of the San Francisco Bay Area.
