- Pablo Aura Langer is an award-winning film director, writer, and producer whose work spans feature films, documentary, episodic television, and international advertising.
Born into a family of actors and directors, Aura Langer began directing at an early age, completing more than ten short films that screened at festivals across Mexico and Europe. He formally trained in music at Trinity College of London and later earned a degree in Film Directing from ECAM (Escuela de Cinematografía y del Audiovisual de la Comunidad de Madrid), one of Europe's leading film schools.
Following his studies, he built a professional career directing episodic television and commercial campaigns, contributing to over 30 television episodes and dozens of international commercials. His advertising work has been recognized at the highest level, including a Cannes Lions Silver Award.
In 2018, Aura Langer wrote and directed his debut feature film, Influencia, which received the FIDECINE production grant from the Mexican Institute of Cinematography (IMCINE). The film premiered internationally and went on to receive multiple awards at film festivals worldwide, including Best Film and Best Director, and secured global digital distribution.
After relocating to Los Angeles, he directed the documentary feature Replay 2020, centered on the iconic alternative rock band Jane's Addiction, released on Amazon Prime Video. Based in Los Angeles, Aura Langer continues to develop and direct narrative features and documentary projects while maintaining an active career in premium branded and commercial filmmaking.
