Yves Guéna was born on 6 July 1922 in Brest, Finistère, France. He was married to Oriane de la Bourdonnaye. He died on 3 March 2016 in Paris, Ile-de-France, France.
French Politician. Member of the Resistance and decorated soldier, he became after the war an important part of the Gaulllist movement and was mayor of Perigueux for a long time. He was a minister also and became president of the Conseil constitutionnel in 2000-2004,.
