- Ben is a dialect/accent and dialogue coach known mostly recently for his work on the films "Star Wars:Starfighter", "How to Train Your Dragon (2025) as well as the TV series "The Wayfinders" and "Elementary". Equally at home working in theatre, he was the coach for TONY award-winning theatre productions like "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time", "Billy Elliot", and "Matilda" as well as many other productions on Broadway and across the US and UK.
He has given workshops all over the US and UK and has taught at UNC School of the Arts, RADA, and Juilliard, among others.
Ben has been coaching for over three decades years. He trained as a Voice, Text and Dialect coach on the world-renowned Voice Studies course at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in his hometown of London. He then taught and coached in Ireland before coming to the US in 1998, returning to the UK in 2019.
