Biography

My name name is Ashley 'Smash' Wright, I've spent the last 13 years working very hard to earn my credits. Almost 30 films as a female 1st AD. Most of these credits I earned right here in my beloved state of Louisiana. I make my schedules on Movie Magic, anywhere from a 12 day shoot to a 50 day shoot. I've produced 10 projects so I also budget on Movie Magic. As an Indie filmmaker I'm confident I can do anything to keep the camera's rolling. Location scouting is one of my favorite parts of filming. 4 years ago I started shooting on a cannon and editing on iMovie. Documentary style shooting is where I'm qualified. Safety on set is and always has been very important to me. I also strive for a happy, fun set vibe as we are blessed to be film makers.
