Plaxico Burress's date of birth, was on Friday, August 12th, 1977, & it was just 4 days before Elvis Presley's life-loss, on Tuesday, August 16th, 1977. To many NFL fans & athletes, Plaxico Burress is best remembered for scoring the game-winning touchdown of Super Bowl XLII (42), as the New York Giants (NFC) upset the undefeated New England Patriots (AFC), on Sunday, February 3rd, 2008. Scores of the game, before & after his touchdown reception from New Giants' MVP quarterback, Eli Manning, was New England Patriots, 14 & New York Giants, 10, then after his TD reception: New York Giants, 17 & New England Patriots, 14. Retired quarterback's elder brother, Peyton Manning, was rooting for Eli Manning.

Plaxico Burress in Celebrity Wife Swap (2012)

Wide Receiver picked 8th overall by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 2000 NFL draft out of Michigan State.

Released by the New York Giants. Burress was suspended for the final four weeks of the season for conduct detrimental to the team and fined after accidentally shooting himself with an unlicensed gun he had in his waistband on 29 November 2008. Burress faces a felony weapons charge and NFL sanctions for violating its personal conduct policy. (April 2009)
