- No Tsai was born in 1934 in Hebei, Republic of China. He is an actor and assistant director, known for Shan ze (1966), Zong heng tian xia (1972) and Lady with a Sword (1971).
- With ethnic Chinese roots from Korea, Taiwan native Tsai No began his career in Taiwanese films prior to landing his contract with Hong Kong's Shaw Brothers studio as a versatile character actor featured in tough guy roles during the 1960s.
