Farid was born and grew up in Germany, and graduated from FAMU, the Film School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. Farid has worked all over Europe and the Middle East with over 20 years of experience in directing and producing award-winning documentaries, music videos and commercials. Aside from his commercial activities, his work is primarily concerned with youth culture and social issues.
