- Mehdi Elkhaoudy is a Moroccan filmmaker, screenwriter, and first assistant director based in Casablanca. He has worked on major international film and television productions shot in Morocco, contributing to globally recognized projects including Prison Break, Homeland, Game of Thrones, and Aquaman. Alongside his work on large-scale productions, he writes and directs independent films that explore socially driven and character-focused stories. His feature Greetings from ISIS premiered as the opening film at the National Film Festival, and his screenplay Catharsis won the Screenplay Prize at the festival. Mehdi continues to develop narrative projects bridging Moroccan cinema and international storytelling.
