Nilesh Moharir graduated in Music and Sound recording from Mumbai University, Maharashtra, India.
Thereafter, he started his music career in 2004 by composing music for a non-film music album named "Amrutachi Godi". In 2006, he entered the film industry with the music release for his debut film "Yanda Kartavya Ahe".
He has won many awards for his music compositions, including the Filmfare Award for best music album, multiple Zee Marathi awards among many.
