Kang Fu

Fu Kang is a distinguished member of the China Film Association and the Motion Picture Sound Editors (MPSE). As a supervising sound editor, he has contributed to the sound design of over thirty acclaimed films, including The Eight Hundred (2020), So Long, My Son (2019), Saturday Fiction (2019), Dying to Survive (2018), The Shadow Play (2018), Blind Massage (2014), Red Amnesia (2014), The Continent (2014), and Spring Fever (2009), among others. Many of these films have been featured in the main competitions of prestigious international festivals, such as the Cannes Film Festival, Venice International Film Festival, and Berlin International Film Festival. Fu Kang has been recognized with four nominations for Best Sound Effects at the Golden Horse Awards, winning the 51st Golden Horse Award for Blind Massage. His work on The Eight Hundred also earned him the Best Sound Editing (Foreign Language) award for a Feature Film at the 68th Golden Reel Awards.
