- Rick Brinkley was born on July 25, 1961 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA. He is a producer, known for Sally Jessy Raphael (1983) and The 2011 Miss America Pageant (2011).

He left Sally Jessy Raphael to attend Oral Roberts University Seminary where he obtained a degree in Christian Counseling from the school of Theology.
