Frank Kjosås was born on 28 July 1981 in Hardanger, Norway. He is an actor and director, known for The Half Brother (2013), Eyewitness (2014) and Detective Hole (2026). He was previously married to Marie Blokhus.

In Theatre School he was told he would play only princes and boys for the rest of his acting career, due to his appearance.
