Best known for often thinking outside the box, Boris Acosta's films based on The Divine Comedy are true to the story itself, although visually they are like none to this date. He has earned a high reputation in Hollywood and from Dantologits (Dantisti) around the world for making films that are truly Dante's way, something that nobody has been able to do since 1911. He is well respected in Hollywood for his convictions, and passion and a man of one word.

Boris Acosta studied The Divine Comedy and all minor works written by Dante Alighieri in primitive Italian (Volgare italiano). He also studied other major Italian works and obtained a degree in Italian Literature at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)

In 2008, Boris Acosta accomplished a task that no Italian had been able to do in 700 years. He got "Dante Alighieri pardoned from exile" after he petitioned it in a letter to Matteo Renzi, Florence's Mayor at the time.

Boris Acosta, a citizen of the United States, is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese. He was born from Italian and Portuguese family.

Boris Acosta lived most of his life in the United States, but also in Italy, Austria, Canada, Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina, and has traveled extensively throughout the world.

From his early days in life, starting at the age of 8, Boris Acosta had his first experience as a movie maker wearing as many hats as any filmmaker can wear. He found a large magnifying glass, about 8 inches in diameter. He played with it in the sun burning papers and grass with it. Then, he thought that there had to be a better purpose for such a big magnifying glass. So, he built a wooden box, made a hole in front of it to fit the magnifying glass, and, with the help of his grandfather, put a light in the back of the box. He bought two issues of the same comic magazine, which he cut into strips and glued them together by their edges to make a big roll out of them. He put the roll of comic strips in between the light and the magnifying glass and projected it on the wall. One could say that this was the first home projector ever, but he never thought of it that way. However, this was certainly Acosta's first film. Later he was invited to act in a college film, and after graduating he produced several math tutorial films. One clue at a time, would later find himself working in the film industry as a producer and director of the second best Christian story ever told, The Divine Comedy - Dante's Inferno, Purgatory and Paradise.

My work is my life and my life is to bring Dante Alighieri&#39;s Divine Comedy to every home in every possible form.

Part of proceeds from all independent productions will given to charity to publish the poem and freely distribute it around the world to promote the study of The Divine Comedy. Books will be sent directly from the printing houses to libraries, Dante Alighieri foundations and educational institutions for direct distribution to students.

The film &quot;Dante&#39;s Inferno - Abandon All Hope&quot; is freely available online to students worldwide. It started with the University of California, Los Angeles Italian Department in September 2010, later with the University of Illinois, Chicago, and the list goes on growing every month. All

to the film through the contact page of the official website of this film. Since November 2012, &quot;Dante&#39;s Inferno Animated&quot; is also freely available to educational institutions worldwide.

I will not compromise, my films based on The Divine Comedy will be &quot;alla Dante&quot; (Dante&#39;s way).

Hell and Paradise are eternal places of the afterlife, however, in Purgatory souls are there temporarily meaning it is the only place among the three where time exists. Now, think where time exists in this life of yours.
