- Rebecca Parker is an accomplished writer, director, cinematographer and assistant director from the Northern Territory, with an interest in adventurous, political storytelling. She graduated from the Australian Film, Television and Radio School with an MA in Directing and has worked for over a decade in the Film and TV industry, moving between narrative drama and documentary. She was recently nominated for a Monte Miller Award for her pilot TV episode 'Do Good' and was a cinematographer on feature documentary 'Like My Brother' (Mushroom Pictures) and Kakadu (ZED Productions). She also recently worked as an assistant director on Netflix series 'Territory', Amazon series 'Top End Bub' and completed a director's attachment on 'NCIS Sydney.' Her short films and documentaries have screened at numerous festivals including Sydney Film Festival, Flickerfest, Revelation and St Kilda. She is the recipient of a British Council Scholarship, the Qantas Spirit of Youth Award and the European Union Film Award. Rebecca has a slate of projects in development with various production companies.
