  • Michael DiGioia stems from Chicago, grew up in Niles, IL and is a graduate of the SUNY Purchase Acting Conservatory (BFA). He has appeared Off-Broadway, Off-Off-Bway, as well as some TV and Commercial stints. He has performed in regional/stock theaters throughout the U.S., as well as in nightclubs and cruise-ship revues and solo shows. In recent years, his work has moved toward independent films and shorts, some of which were selections at SUNDANCE and CANNES Film Fests. Favorite roles include: "King Arthur" in CAMELOT, "Marvin" in FALSETTOS; "Renfield" in DRACULA; "King Charlemagne" in PIPPIN; "Kris Kringle" in MIRACLE ON 34th ST.; "Che Guevara" in EVITA and; "Ned Lowenscroft" in ELIZABETH REX. He is most proud of having worked with the late, great Geraldine Page, and the young actors he has coached who have moved on to high-profile acting gigs.
