Daughter of Natalie Wood and Robert Wagner.
Slashed her wrists at age 14 and nearly died in hospital. In 1997, when she was 23, she again attempted suicide, this time with an overdose of pills - the same way her mother Natalie Wood tried to kill herself in 1966.
Half-sister of Natasha Gregson Wagner and Katie Wagner.
Fiancé Max Leroy was killed in a motorcycle accident in November 2005. She also dated Stephen Dorff and Renn Hawkey in the '90s. At the time of her 2012 drug bust, she was dating or living with one Matthew Cox.
Was portrayed by Tiara Dobbs in the telemovie The Mystery of Natalie Wood (2004).

On April 22, 2012, cops were called to Courtney's residence after neighbors reported sounds of a woman screaming followed by a gunshot.
