Nancy Sawyer-Schraeder

Nancy Sawyer Schraeder is co-creator of the comedy web series, Zahra's New World, and recently wrapped production on the short film series, Live What You Believe. Magdalena: Released from Shame, a feature film she scripted, premiered at the United Nations and has been translated into over 170 languages. Rivka, a follow-up mini-series she co-wrote, was released worldwide in 2012. Portions, a short film she wrote and produced, won Best Short Fiction Film at the World of Women Film Fair in Dubai, an Award of Merit from the Best Shorts Competition, and screened at the Burbank International Film Festival. Her directorial debut was Equations, a dramatic short film which won 2nd runner up in the Dare to Overcome Film Competition.
