Biography

At eighteen, Vickie Hicks moved to New York City to pursue acting, after having grown up in Dallas, Texas. A move to Los Angeles followed six years later, when she shifted to writing, and worked for Chuck Barris Productions, writing for "The All New Dating Game" and "The New Newlywed Game." After eight years, she moved back to New York, while residing in Lansing, New York with her husband, Director Kevin Hicks, where they have both operated Hark Productions/Chinimble Lore since 2010. She has produced all of the films of these two companies, numbering half a dozen (to the date of this writing), and has served as actress and writer for nearly all.
