Biography

Josh Greenbaum was born on February 15, 1979 in Saratoga Springs, New York, USA. He is a director and writer, known for Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar (2021), Will & Harper (2024) and Strays (2023).

His older brother David Greenbaum is president of Disney Live Action Studios and 20th Century Studios and the former president of Fox Searchlight Pictures (2025).

He dropped out of the MFA program at USC film school to pursue a professional career with the assistance of his brother David Greenbaum who was the head of Fox Searchlight at the time.
