Biography

Javier Botet was born on July 30, 1977 in Ciudad Real, Spain. He is an actor and writer, known for It (2017), Amigo (2019) and The Conjuring 2 (2016).

Towering height

Often times he plays supernatural villains as ghosts, monsters, witches, demons, etc.

Has a genetic disorder known as Marfan Syndrome, which affects the body's connective tissue. The tissue holds all the body's cells, organs, and tissue together, and plays an important role in helping the body grow and develop properly.

As a child, he liked to draw monsters, and eventually moved to Madrid to study art. He became interested in producing short films. At a special effects workshop, the tutor suggested that his height and long arms and fingers would be perfect for monster make-up.
