Stuart Ross was the original director and choreographer and wrote the book. James Raitt was musical continuity supervisor and arranger. Gene Wolsk and Steven Suskin were original producers. Karma Camp was director and choreographer. Scott Kasbaum was music director. Scott Kasbaum was also pianist. Mark McCulloch was bassist.
