[on the ambience of the songs his group performs] It works very well for French listeners. Holland is huge for us too. Every country has its own timing. Once a city starts to work, then a whole country starts to work. It seems like France has caved into our power.

[on his distinctive headgear] I was at a festival and this guy came up to me and said 'I love your hat. I'd like to trade hats. And I was like, 'Are you fucking crazy? It takes me forever to find my hats'. So he said, 'Listen, my mom makes hats and she'll make you one and send it to you'. So his mother made me this awesome hat that is still kind of a cap, but a mixture of a different style of hats. and that's the hat I'm wearing right now. It fits perfectly.
