Nina Bellotto

Nina Bellotto attended film school and embarked on her career as an assistant director. After eight years as a freelancer and two years as an assistant to the duo '300ml', she sought out new challenges at Globo. There, she swiftly ascended to the role of project development manager, playing a pivotal role in establishing an entirely new department. Beyond her role in assembling script writing teams and packaging projects with directors and actors, she also cultivated a remarkable ability to adapt and pitch projects to various stakeholders - a crucial skill that remains with her to this day. From 2020 to 2023, Nina held the position of Business and Talent Director at Condé+, where she played an important role in establishing the Creatives and Projects division and in overseeing the company's growth. In 2023, Nina founded Atena, a creative talent agency.
