Biography

Tashea Lowery was born in Red Bank, New Jersey. Growing up she aspired to be an actress but did not have the means in her small town of Red Bank, NJ. She moved to Philadelphia while still in her teens and attended Martin Luther King High School in Philadelphia. She received her first chance at acting when asked to fill in at the last minute for an independent film while working towards her degree at Temple University. It was at that time that she fell in love with acting. Though asked on several occasions to do modeling jobs, she still longed to be in front of the movie camera. That next opportunity came when she received work on the hit movie "Hitch" starring Will Smith (another Philadelphia product) and Eva Mendez. from that moment on, while juggling a business career, Tashea continued to to follow her goals of becoming a successful actress.
