- Maria Lupu is an actress, model and photographer born on July 4th, Husi, Romania. Based in Los Angeles, CA training at Ivana Chubbuck Studio. Known for Pioneers' Palace B'92 (2015) and Awakening, Exo (short 2020).
Living in an oppressive environment as a child, Maria found the cinema as a place of refuge. Cinema brought the magic in her life. It was not difficult for her to become a movie addict as she found her 'silenced voice' come alive with the characters on the big screen. She never felt that way through theater.
Maria is also passionate of black & white still life photography.
