Markus Allbäck was born on July 5, 1973 in Göteborg, Sweden. He is married to Suzanne Allbäck. They have one child.

Has played for the clubs Örgryte 1992-1997, Lyngby FC 1997, AS Bari 1997-1998, Örgryte 1999-2000, SC Heerenveen 2000-2002, Aston Villa FC 2002-2004, FC Hansa Rostock 2004-2005, Fc Köpenhamn 2005

Soccer player. Has played Euro 2000 and 2004. He also played for Sweden in the 2002 and 2006 FIFA World Cups.

Scored his 27th goal against Spain in the Euroqulafication game (Sweden-Spain 2-0).

First international game for Sweden was against South Africa 27/11 1999.
