Sandy Amerio is a French filmmaker whose work bridges cinema, contemporary art, and documentary. For over two decades, she has used fiction to investigate reality, blending archival material, reenactment, and narrative devices to uncover the ideological forces shaping collective history. Her film Dragooned (2012) was presented at the 63rd Berlin International Film Festival.
