- Rowland joined the BBC Studios Executive Committee in July 2020 as part of the BBC Senior Leadership Advisor Programme. As a casting director in BBC Studios Production, based in Elstree, Rowland has worked on productions, including EastEnders, Casualty, Doctors, Holby City, Father Brown, and Another World amongst others.
He is passionate about diversity and inclusivity and has always endeavoured to reflect this onscreen and in discussions with programme-makers. He has run casting workshops for actors across many under-represented groups, with a view to casting them in our continuing dramas.
