Brian Kavanaugh-Jones is a Hollywood film producer known for his collaborative spirit and passion for creative storytelling. A graduate of UC Santa Cruz, where he studied painting under Eduardo Carrillo, he later transitioned from art to film, beginning his career at Creative Artists Agency before founding his own production company, Automatik, and the management firm Grandview. His producing credits include Paranormal Activity (2007), Insidious (2010), Take Shelter (2011), and Sinister (2012). A frequent collaborator with filmmakers such as Jeff Nichols, he has also produced I Think We're Alone Now (2018), which won a Special Jury Award at Sundance. Married to filmmaker Shana Feste, Kavanaugh-Jones continues to champion innovative, artist-driven cinema.
