Biography

Divonna Doxie was born on November 1, 1909 in Los Angeles, California, USA. She was an actress, known for Song of the City (1937) and Walt Disney Cartoon Classics Limited Gold Edition II: The Disney Dream Factory (1985). She was married to Raymond J. Eastwood. She died on January 22, 1996 in Lawrence, Kansas, USA.

Soprano, dancer, and voice artist; a graduate of the Oberlin Conservatory of Music, she played in summer stock and stage shows, until she accepted a position at the University of Kansas teaching vocal music; she retired after marrying the head of the art department.
